AIR-PORTER

I was inspired to develop a capstone project, combining my both passions, Fashion and Service Design. Ever since I discover Net-A-Porter and their approach to fashion, I knew I wanted to create a project for them. This encouraged me to research deeper and understand their company as a whole.

Net-A-Porter continuous expansion into new geographical markets has been a critical driver to its success. To keep up with the rapidly changing market and environment, I develop my capstone project in creating a concept that will change the way we shop at airports — bringing fashion to the most appealing shopping space. To back up this concept I did lots of research and implement service design tools that illustrate the user-centric approach of the business.
